In this program we take will you through the on fundamentals of Muaythai such as foot works, boxing and kicking on Thai pads, and physical exercise, it is a full body workout. This program helps to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, movement agility, reflex reactions, core stability, joint flexibility and self-defence skills.

Apart from the basic Fitness Muaythai training, we concentrate on technique, accuracy, attacking and defending skills. This class also focus heavily on hard-core pads and power training and full contact (optional) sparring. It does not require a fix-fighting routine, but it requires a high level of repetitive practice of fighting techniques. Muaythai fighting not only emphasizes on the sparring technique, but wit, speed, courage and mental focus is essential too.

This is a specially tailored made program for fighters who are preparing for a competition or who wish to challenge themselves to their limit. It involves at least a 2 month training program that includes strength and conditioning, mental focus, high intensity pads training and contact sparring and diet planning.

This class teaches a series of simple, easy to remember and useful skills of self-defence that can be use in confined spaces such as in elevators, end of corridors and the corner of a room. This program will include some basic punching and kicking techniques and the use of elbows or knees for attacking the assailant.

This is a special class for bodyguards and security guards. The Special Tactics course focuses on hand, arm and leg locks to stop or suppressed the opponent without attack.

This is a 60 mins 1 to 1 strength-training program that advices on appropriate training techniques that would help to improve muscular strength, joint flexibility and posture. This program also helps you to develop strategies for weight loss and helps you to set achievable goals that can be progressed according to expectations or to involve any other fitness goals you have in mind.

This is a sports specific program for athletes. This program would help them to achieve their maximal level of performance at the lowest risk of injury. Extra care is taken to concentrate on the joint areas that are most susceptible to injury, muscle groups that are predominantly involved in the sport. Conditioning of specific energy systems to adapt to the demands of the athlete’s specific sport will also be addressed. Developing speed, agility, range of movement, strength, and sport specific power is important in helping the athlete achieve their highest potential.
